PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
Swaderki Campsite is an extraordinary place of 16 hectares, located in an old pine forest. It's a vast area stretching 2 kilometers along the incredibly clean shoreline of Lake Maróz, designated as a quiet zone. It brings back childhood memories of going on a camping trip with our parents. The scent of the forest is combined with that of a bonfire, and silence intermingles with the sound of a guitar and laughter.
People have been coming here for years, the atmosphere is great and homely. The area is under 24-hour supervision. The owner of the field is always on site, happy to help and has an incredibly positive energy.
In addition to admiring the forest from the terrace, reading books, and swimming in the lake, there are plenty of attractions on site that are worth taking advantage of! The Masurian forests, meadows, and lakes offer unlimited opportunities for active contact with nature.
Lake Maroz - water equipment rental
Right next to the field there is a water equipment rental where you will find:

The Marózka River - kayaking
The Marózka River is still little discovered. It is 43 km long and is one of the most beautiful rivers in the region. The water is clear, so you can see the beautiful water world of fauna and flora along its entire length. The river flows into the Łyna in Kurki - close to the historical border between Warmia and Mazury. It would probably take 2 days to cross the entire river, but you can choose a shorter section, for example from Swaderki. The trip lasts 2-3 hours.
Marózka is a calm river, but in many places, due to fallen trees and stones, a fast current creates rapids that require skill from kayakers. On our way we will encounter two lakes with numerous recreation centers and the sandy bottom of the river allows for bathing practically along its entire length. The river meanders in a picturesque gorge and the views are beautiful.
Bikes
Masuria is a perfect region for cycling. Beautiful forest bicycle routes, numerous lakes are the best form of relaxation a while spending time actively, we also care about our health :)

Horse Stud in Kurki
Kurki TREC PTTK Horse Stud has been operating since 1987. It is a center affiliated with PTTK. It is located in the beautiful Napiwodzko-Ramucka Forest and was created out of love and passion.
There are currently 18 horses and there is something for everyone. Haven't you ever tried? For beginners, the stud offers individual riding lessons.
By boat on the grass
We're not crazy.
35 km from Swaderki there is the only trail in the world, where we travel for several hours by ship by water, and we cover part of the route... on the grass.
Today it would seem that such a building makes no sense, but history shows that the old engineering thought in Warmia and Mazury will surprise us more than once.
The most popular route of the Elbląg Canal is the route Elblag-Buczyniec or Buczyniec-Elbląg, called "Ship on the grass" running through the ornithological reserve on Lake Drużno, on which route there is a system of 5 slipways. Cruises are organized daily from May to the end of September.
